These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the WhatsApp integrations, applications, and AI agents ("Services") provided by "PMTB TECH & INNOVATION" S.R.L. ("PMTB", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Moldova. By using this website or a service we built or operate, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

PMTB designs and builds WhatsApp Business integrations, custom software applications, and AI agents for business clients. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for a given project are agreed separately with each client.

2. Use of our services

• You agree not to use our website, WhatsApp integrations, or AI agents for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the underlying systems.
• Any WhatsApp bot or AI agent we operate on behalf of a client business is intended to support that business's legitimate customer interactions (bookings, support, orders) and must be used accordingly.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in a client contract, PMTB retains ownership of its underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable code. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the terms of the individual project agreement.

4. Third-party platforms

Where our Services integrate with WhatsApp / Meta or other third-party platforms, use of those integrations is also subject to the respective platform's own terms (e.g. Meta's Business Terms and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service).

5. Limitation of liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, PMTB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the Services. Specific liability terms for a delivered project are set out in the applicable client agreement.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
