- Booking, order, or support-request details you submit through a WhatsApp integration or application we built.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited on this website, collected automatically.
- Message content exchanged with an AI agent or WhatsApp bot, where needed to provide the requested service.
2. How we use information
- To provide the specific service requested (e.g. process a booking, answer a support question, respond via an AI agent).
- To operate, maintain, and improve the WhatsApp integrations, applications, and AI agents we build.
- To communicate with you about a project, inquiry, or ongoing service.

3. WhatsApp and Meta Platforms
Where our services use the WhatsApp Business Platform, messages are processed through Meta's infrastructure in addition to our own systems, and are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy alongside this one. We only access WhatsApp message data necessary to operate the specific integration a client has engaged us to build or run.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with:
- The client business on whose behalf a given WhatsApp integration, application, or AI agent operates, where the data relates to that business's customers.
- Service providers we use to host or run our systems (e.g. cloud hosting, database providers), bound to protect the data.
- Authorities, where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the relevant service or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
